Dylan's House in the Mountains has many unique features, as does his real house!

Some glass is cut then melted or fused in a microwave kiln. The house has a petrified stone "foundation" with limestone stone steps. Behind the house is a "stone wall" that the background piece of glass inserts into. This allows Dylan to have both a daytime view without the background glass, or a "sunset" view with the glass inserted!

Some of the glass is from "heads" - the smooth rolled leading edge when glass is rolled into sheets.

The flowers are Millefiori glass beads, slumped in a microwave kiln.

The piece stands about 8" high x 8" wide and is mounted on a burled piece of walnut.
